Warranty  Policy

v  The warranty policy applies to sold product/device by the Revolution Technology Bd.

v  The warranty will be applicable from the activation date or invoice date whichever comes earlier.

v  To avail warranty support system of our products or accessories, customer are advised to carry original box pact while visiting the office along with a valid purchased proof of invoice.

v  During the warranty period, if any functional occurs, company will provide maintenance service free of cost.

v  Product/device has exceed the standard warranty duration will be count as out of warranty.

v  Product / device is liquid damaged or any moisture/corrosion is there will be count as out of warranty.

v  If any damage occurs in/on outer surface of products including but not limited to crack , scratches on external surface will be count as out of warranty.

v  Any unauthorized repair, disassembling tried on device will be count as out of warranty.

v  Warranty Sticker is missing/misplace or changed will be count as out of warranty.

v  Warranty does not cover if product/device get rooted by user and it cannot get restored by software update.

v  Products given for business activities to team or office will get service as pert company service policy. Warranty stars dates will be considering by activate date.

v  In case of any dispute, where there is no fault found in device by technician and user is not agreeing,Then both party may agree for testing the products or device by agencies authorized by consumer court/organization. The testing fee should be submitted by both parties. If after testing it found quality issue then testing fee will borne by company, if no fault found in device / products then fee will be borne by customer.

v  Warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care and damage cause by God such as floods, fire or earthquakes.

v  This warranty is applicable only for product purchased in Bangladesh, International warranty is not Applicable.

v  If there is any conflicts arise between this service /warranty  policy and National laws & regulation, all national law & regulation shall be prevail.

v  In the case of replacement due to unavailability of the same products, Revolution technology db preserve the right to change it compared the same quality from other brand .

v  In case of replacement or repair due to unavailability of spare parts and products in stock, company may replace it with exchange from another better quality product/parts by evaluate the price & depreciation.

v  In  case of inability to repair and replacement of warranty covered products, The company may reimburse the price after adjusting the price & depreciation.

v  On the basis of the stock position of spare parts, the repair time may take from 5-7 days to maximum 35-45 days ( in case of import).

v  The total setup & operating system which is customized during  the selling period, will be out of warranty

v  Any kinds of service of the company’s  products which are out of warranty , can take against payable charge to the company on the basis  of customer consent.

v  In the time of service warranty , for the change or addition of spare parts, customer will borne by himself or can take from the company after payment.

v  Revolution technology will not be  liable if there will be any trouble after given the free software/ hardware tuning in the time of warranty or after warrantee.

v  For the claim of dead pixel monitor warrantee, there must be remain or shown minimum 3 or more dead pixel .

Warranty Limitations:

v  This warranty neither covers man made damage or any of the following conditions. However, paid repair service are available.

v  Beyond the warrantee  period / unauthorized repair through the third party.

v  No warrantee Card and valid proof of purchase. However ,an exception can be granted if the customer can proof that the accessory is within the warranty period.

v  Non Revolution technology Bd officials  warranty commitment.

v  The device is damage due to improper use( such as falling ,squeezing, water damage etc). damage and malfunction due to uncontrollable external forces( such as floods. Fires, ,earthquakes, lighting strikes and traffic accidents).

v  Failure to use and maintain the product according to then instructions that lead to damage or malfunction. Such as use under extreme temperature ,use  of non our accessories etc.

v  Products natural wear and tear( for example: cable, connector etc).

v  Disassembly, self repair, modification and other human behavior that causes damage.

v  Customer will be fully responsible for the BIOS password of the Lap top, Desktop and other devices because rwevolution Technology BD does not input any security  code during sales.

v  In the basis of bundle sales where key board and mouse are sold together (kombo sale),here warranty will not be covered separately.

v  Router, Switch, access point etc  adapter for these same products will be out of warranty.

v  Within 2(two) months if the respective customer does not received the given warranty product after given, the company will not be responsible for further assistance.

Warranty Condition:

v  A valid warranty card and invoice are required to ensure the basic guaranty of your rights. Please be sure to keep them safe.

v  A valid proof of purchase is mandatory to avail warranty service.

v  Some accessories (foe example; manual, warranty card etc) are not covered by this warranty.

v  Products purchase overseas are not entitled to claim warranty services. It need to pay for repair, spare parts cost and before taking service please make sure an appointment.

v  All replacement parts are owned by Revolution Technology BD.
