The D-Link HTB-3100 Fiber Optic Media Converter is a 10/100M single-mode single-fiber converter that is the conversion equipment of Ethernet optical-electronic signals between the 10/100M UTP interface (TX) and the 100M fiber interface (FX). The traditional 10/100M Fast Ethernet can be extended to a distance of 90 km through a single optical fiber link.
