Dell PowerEdge R760xs Intel Xeon Silver 4514Y Rack Server
The
Dell PowerEdge R760xs is a powerful rack server designed
for high-performance computing. It features two Intel Xeon Silver 4514Y
processors, each with 16 cores and 32 threads, and runs at a base clock of 2.0
GHz with Turbo Boost. With a 30MB cache and support for hyper-threading, this
configuration offers effective processing capability for demanding workloads.
To keep the dual CPU design of the server operating at ideal temperatures, it
is equipped with a standard heatsink. In terms of memory, the R760xs has two
32GB RDIMM modules that run at 4800MT/s. These modules can be expanded up to
1TB over sixteen DIMM slots, providing enough of speed and capacity for jobs
requiring a lot of memory. Flexible and high-performance storage solutions are
made possible by the combination of two 2.4TB 10K RPM SAS drives, both in a
hot-plug configuration and controlled by a PERC H755 RAID controller. Dual 800W
hot-plug power supplies set up in a 1+1 fully redundant configuration guarantee
the power redundancy of the Dell PowerEdge R760xs Intel Xeon Silver 4514Y Rack
Server, ensuring dependability and reducing downtime. Broadcom 5720 dual-port
1Gb onboard LOM and Broadcom 57416 dual-port 10GbE BASE-T OCP 3.0 NIC provide
flexible network options and enable connectivity. The R760xs boasts a Trusted
Platform Module 2.0 for increased security as well as sophisticated systems
administration using iDRAC9 Enterprise.
